I'm the baker behind Sky Rise Bakery, a small home bakery in Keller, Texas. I started baking for customers as a high school sophomore in 2022, back when the business was called Cookie Rookie. After a few years away, I brought it back in 2026 with a new name and a lot more love for the craft.
Everything is made from scratch in small batches. Whether it's cinnamon rolls for an easy Saturday morning or a box of cookies for a celebration, I want every order to feel a little special.
